Why do we do Winter Camp?
Throughout history, God has chosen to communicate with people through the use of outdoor settings. Winter Camp gives kids a chance to press pause for one weekend of the school year and focus totally on God away from their normal routine.  In this “wilderness” setting, kids will have an opportunity to think about their lives and be able to start GLOWing for Christ.

When is Winter Camp?
Friday, February 9– Sunday, February 11

Check-in & Pick-up:
Check-in will begin @ 3:30pm at the Anaheim campus (3330 E. Miraloma Ave. Anaheim, CA 92806) right inside door #1. 

Pick-up will be @ approximately 12:30pm on Sunday, February 11 at the Anaheim campus (3330 E. Miraloma Ave. Anaheim, CA 92806).

Where is Winter Camp?
We will be taking our 3rd-5th graders to Camp Cedar Crest located in the local mountains right outside of Running Springs, CA. The trip will take around an hour and half, in fully loaded charter buses (including reclining seats, TVs, and bathrooms).

*Special Note: Eastside programs our own camps, which means planning Chapel times from start to finish, enlisting and working with the speaker regarding what kids will be learning, and organizing all other program elements: recreation, crafts, evening activities, etc. to fit our kids!

Who can come to Winter Camp?
3rd-5th graders only


Bunk Buddy: You are guaranteed to be in the same cabin with at least one of your buddies that you put down when you register.

Leader Lovin’:

We would love to provide some snacks for our wonderful volunteer leaders/counselors to help keep them energized to minister to your kids all week long! Please consider donating some of their favorite snacks (individually wrapped packs):

· Oreos/Cookies

· Granola Bars

· Pretzels

· Cheez-its

· Gold Fish

· Sodas: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprit, Dr. Pepper & Rootbeer

· Water Bottles

Just drop the goodies by our offices (3370 E. Miraloma Ave. Suite 101, Anaheim, CA 92806) anytime Tuesday- Friday 8:30am-5pm with a note on it that says for Kidside camp before February 7, 2018.
