Eastside has always been about pursuing Jesus in these walls, worshiping together and coming together for services. But we also look outside these walls into the community, our neighborhoods, and schools, to find out how we can best serve the people around us. Unleashing compassion is a part of our DNA, not an event to perform, but a lifestyle to live.
— What is Serve Day?

Anaheim Projects: Serve local low-income schools in the Placentia-Yorba Linda and Anaheim School Districts with the goal of reinforcing the family unit, making learning fun and building relationships. We will be hosting events for students and their families as well as completing some minor campus improvements. Events at each school may include hosting fun family-friendly events, activities focused on science, math, art or physical fitness, and more.

Anaheim Collection: Fill a bag for a teacher in our community from a low-income school. Grab a bag before/after any entrance starting 10/24 and return it to the same place by 11/8. Or drop it off on the Eastside Plaza on 11/14 between 6:30-8:30am.

Fill your bag with:
8   Dry Erase Markers (Expo brand if possible)
1   Tub 75 ct. Disinfecting Wipes
1   Box 100 ct. Band Aids
2   Reams Printer Paper
12 Glue Sticks
